How to make green tea?
Green tea is one kind of tea that is made from Camellia sinensis leaves. This is a species of evergreen shrub & small trees in the flowering plant Theaceae family, the leaves and leaf buds are used to produce green tea buds which are not performed with the withering and oxidation process used to make oolong teas and black teas. Green tea has many variants in terms of growing conditions, horticultural methods, production processing, and time of harvest. The classic Green teas from China are Longjing, Bi Luo Chun, Anji Bai, Huang Shan Mao Feng, Luan Gua Pian, Taiping Kow Kui, Meitan Cui Ya, Mengding Ganlu, etc.
